What's included in monthly bookkeeping?
Every month we categorize your transactions, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and close your books with a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Higher packages add things like job costing, bill tracking, 1099 prep, cash flow forecasting, and regular strategy calls. The package cards above show exactly what comes with each one.
Which software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and Xero, every day. Not sure which fits your business? We can talk it through on your first call.
My books are a disaster. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most new clients start with a Book Rescue or Behind on the Books project before monthly bookkeeping begins.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes. Statements and documents go through our secure client portal instead of email, and access to your accounts is limited to the people working on your books.
Is there a long term contract?
Nope. We work month to month, so you're never locked into a long term contract. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold you to a signature.
